Cuckoo clocks are timepieces created by a German watchmaker from a town in the Black Forest in Germany, a mountainous area characterized by buildings with a strong architectural character. The cuckoo clocks still made in the Black Forest today reflect the typical features of local houses with sloping straw roofs and traditionally shaped gables. PESCEGALLO is the all-Italian answer that this time reflects the features of typical mountain huts with gable roofs supported by wooden beams and a stone-clad façade. The cuckoo clock is characterized by a sheet metal roof and a base on which you can arrange small solid wood trees as you like. In this way you can recreate a small bucolic landscape according to your tastes and aesthetic sense. The clock is inspired by the huts in our woods and the typical features of our mountain refuges; the name of the cuckoo clock is in fact a tribute to a locality that represents a valley at the mouth of which our company headquarters is located.
