HOW TO BUY ON CASABRICOSHOP

The process to buy on our site is simple, once you see an item you like add it to the cart, then you can proceed with Checkout as a guest or create an account to reuse for other purchases. Enter your data, choose the type of shipping, enter the payment and send the order.

If you have any problems completing orders on the site, just send an email to info@casabricoshop.com with a detailed list of the products you want to purchase and our staff will record your order and send you a confirmation email.

IF I MADE A MISTAKE, HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL THE ORDER?

You can send an email to info@casabricoshop.com to modify or cancel your order. The order can be modified or cancelled only if the product or products you ordered have not yet entered production.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE POSSIBLE?

You can pay with the following payment methods:

RECEIPT OR INVOICE?

If we do not receive communications regarding the issuance of receipts, we will automatically issue a receipt when the product or products are shipped. Communications for the issuance of an invoice must be accompanied by all necessary data (owner, address, tax code and/or VAT number and unique code).

If you want an invoice you can specify it in the notes when ordering or send an email about it, with all the data, to info@casabricoshop.com before the item is shipped.

WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver throughout Italy, including Sicily and Sardinia.

For smaller islands or abroad, contact us before ordering for information.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are shipped within 5/6 working days (subject to payment verification), except for items for which it is specified otherwise in the details.
Please check the item listing anyway.
Orders received before 1.00 pm are considered to be prepared the same day, while those received after that time will be prepared the following day.

Delivery times for ordered goods vary depending on the product. Each product sheet contains indicative delivery times that are calculated from receipt of payment. The times shown are based on previous shipments for the same product or similar products, however they are indicative and not binding, they may vary depending on the request and availability.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is free on all our items,
All shipments, offered free of charge, are intended to be "tailgate" i.e. in front of the delivery address given and without prior notice from the carrier.

For special services (not included in ordinary shipments) such as delivery to the floor, delivery by appointment or specific requests for shipping contact us before completing the order, we will try to find a solution for your needs.

To purchase multiple quantities of the same product, please contact info@casabricoshop.com before completing your order for possible discounts.

CAN I TRACK THE SHIPMENT?

With each type of shipment a tracking number is given through which you can follow the shipment.
For special or bulky deliveries, you may be contacted directly by the courier before delivery, to ensure that someone is at home.

IF THE GOODS ARRIVE DAMAGED

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the goods are intact and well packaged.
The customer is required to contest the integrity of the packaging to the courier and to receive the goods by signing with reservation, specifying the problems regarding the exterior of the package.

We invite all our customers to sign with RESERVE upon delivery by the courier, especially in the case of visibly damaged packaging. We also invite you to immediately communicate the problem to info@casabricoshop.com attaching detailed photographs that can certify the damage.

In the case of damaged goods, the customer is required to send a communication via email to info@casabricoshop.comt and attach photos certifying the damage to the goods and the exterior of the package within and no later than 7 days.

No complaints will be accepted if the goods have been collected with a damaged package without the appropriate signature with reservation being affixed.
CasaBricoShop undertakes to send damaged or missing parts as quickly as possible, but still within normal production times.

IF I DON'T LIKE THE GOODS

CasaBricoShop recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by the current legislation Legislative Decree 206/2005. The deadline for exercising this right is 14 working days within which the Customer is required to notify us by registered letter with return receipt, after contacting us by email: info@casabricoshop.it

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

-the customer expresses his will to avail himself of the right of withdrawal in the manner described above:

- the purchased item is intact and returned in its original packaging;

- the product is returned within the time and manner described above;

- the return costs are the responsibility of the customer;

-once the goods arrive at our warehouse they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport;

-after checking the integrity of the goods, we will credit you back the amount already paid using the same method you made the payment;

-the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

the only costs borne by the customer are those relating to the return of the product.

In the event that the customer chooses to replace the product, the costs of sending the new product will be at his expense.

NB: in the case of a refund for the right of withdrawal, it is necessary and essential that the receipt/fiscal receipt be inserted inside an envelope that must reach us with the package. In the absence of a receipt/receipt, no refund will be issued.

REFUND POLICY

-In case of bank transfer the customer will be refunded via bank transfer

-In case of PayPal payment the customer will be refunded via PayPal

-In case of Shopify Pay payment the customer will be refunded via Shopify Pay
